Filing for benefits

When filing for benefits arising from being unemployed, insurance companies will provide varying requirements for you to receive your benefits. This will normally include documents from your employer, medical certification, income tax returns, and others. Consult with your provider to determine exact requirements that are needed for making a claim.

Refunds

Most insurance companies offer a money-back guarantee if you change your mind (Cooling off Period). If after taking out and reading the policy, you do not want to continue with the insurance please return your policy certificate or write to your respective insurnace provider.

Your statutory cancellation right is 14 days however, we provide you with 30 days. If you cancel within 30 days of receiving the policy certificate, we will cancel your policy from the start and give you your money back. After this you may terminate the insurance as normal, however any refund or premiums will reduce throughout the term of the policy and may be substantially less than that originally paid.
